Leverage your Creative ID profile
Creative ID™ is a psychometric assessment which shows how (rather than if!) you are creative. The tool is developed by Danish innovator, Hanne Kristiansen in partnership with Dr. Kamal Birdi and his team at the University of Sheffield (UK). Creative ID™ is born in business and backed by science (rather than the other way round), making it a powerful impact-focused framework that equips individuals with the self-awareness needed to tackle even the toughest of work challenges.

What people are saying about us
Kathy Colman
Partner, Head of Knowledge & Innovation | Webber Wentzel in partnership with Linklaters
"This experience was completely different to the typical training that we would attend in a law firm environment and that in itself was exciting and different. I came away with something that enriched me as an individual as well as advancing the cause of innovation and creativity within the firm."
Dawid de Villiers
Partner | Webber Wentzel in partnership with Linklaters
"(The Creative Thinking Accelerator Programme) was a tremendously important and worthwhile endeavour. I derived a lot of benefit from it and I think our firm will do as well. A lot of effort had gone into trying to understand our business and the issues that we are facing, so it was really outcomes driven and you could see how the discipline and the learnings that you get from it can be applied in practice."
Lucia Quy
Lead: Legal Solutions Delivery | Webber Wentzel in partnership with Linklaters
"I just wanted to say thank you, once again. I honestly feel like a part of my brain has been activated after our workshop yesterday. Excited to continue the Creative conversation and still energised by our session!"
