HOW

  • Identify areas for innovation within your sphere of influence.
  • Build a foundational understanding of your creative intelligence and how to nurture it.
  • Discover your thinking preferences with the Creative ID™ assessment.
  • Get practical tools and methods to apply immediately into your work.
  • Develop your problem-solving skills and learn how to add more value to clients.
  • Build your network and learn with a cohort of smart, forward-thinking professionals from around the world.

Leverage your Creative ID profile

Creative ID™ is a psychometric assessment which shows how (rather than if!) you are creative. The tool is developed by Danish innovator, Hanne Kristiansen in partnership with Dr. Kamal Birdi and his team at the University of Sheffield (UK). Creative ID™ is born in business and backed by science (rather than the other way round), making it a powerful impact-focused framework that equips individuals with the self-awareness needed to tackle even the toughest of work challenges.

"I absolutely loved the programme. My favourite aspect of the course was that it fostered interaction and accountability. I have never experienced another course that was structured like this, and I really would love to attend more courses that are run like this.
My challenge was trying to get everyone in my team to be more creative and to step into thought leadership roles. I came up with a new approach during the course that has worked incredibly well. It feels like a complete win-win."

Michelle Diers

"“The programme was eye-opening. Forcing yourself to look at things from different angles is the most important thing that I’ve taken away from the course. Not just to approach something with blinders on. To step back, look at potential pitfalls, assess the damage control, and then go for it.
To have people from all over the world was something special. It was amazing to connect with people and see their different ways of approaching things.”
